Responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. Must possess at least 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions
- Install new HVAC equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 5 years of HVAC experience
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools
- Knowledgeable in electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
