Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
- Deliver clean, code-compliant, high-quality installations that reflect company standards.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and develop practical field solutions.
- Interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and material tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Experience installing heat pumps, gas furnaces, duct systems, and ventilation equipment.
- Working knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical systems, gas piping, and tankless water heaters.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification required.
- OSHA 10 Certification or NATE preferred.
- Washington O6A license strongly preferred.
- Light commercial installation experience is a plus.
