About the role

Nero Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. in North Haven, CT, seeks a full-time Experienced HVAC Installer to join their team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, skilled in HVAC installation, and able to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate, high-quality installations for various customers
• Mentor and train installation helpers
• Ensure thorough cleaning of work areas before completion
• Notify management of any vehicle maintenance needs
• Work from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Requirements

• Connecticut HVAC trade license
• Experience in HVAC installation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service, communication, and mentoring skills
• Respectful attitude and professional appearance

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of various heating and cooling systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Working hours are from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
