$30–$40 per hour, based on experience. Portland, OR. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40+ hours per week, with overtime as needed.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- Strong understanding of system design and installation practices
- EPA certification required (NATE certification is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of safety standards and codes
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Key Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Handle ductwork, refrigeration piping, and gas line installation
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code requirements
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and assist with system startups
- Support and guide less experienced team members
