Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Fabricate and connect duct systems, fittings, and accessories
• Complete installations within established labor budgets
• Start up, test, and balance systems for peak performance
• Maintain organized truck inventory and tools
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Proven experience installing HVAC systems independently
• Personal set of installation tools
• Strong understanding of furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and refrigeration systems
• Working knowledge of low-voltage controls and wiring
• Ability to interpret layouts and install duct systems accurately
• Troubleshooting skills related to installation and startup
• Familiarity with residential and light commercial code requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state HVAC license (if required)

Pay

Up to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Full-Time | Granbury, TX Monday through Friday | 40+ hours per week with overtime opportunities
