Experienced HVAC Install Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and service ducted and ductless air source heat pump systems
• Install furnaces, boilers, and central AC
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with a team to achieve project goals

Requirements

• A valid EPA Universal certification
• A minimum of 3 years HVAC experience
• A positive attitude focused on teamwork and customer service
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and travel for the duration of the work day
• A valid MA Refrigeration license (preferred but not required)
• Experience as a lead performer, crew lead, or senior HVAC technician
• A valid license in additional trades such as plumbing, sheet metal, electrical, etc.

Pay

Salary dependent upon experience: $34.00-$45.00/hr. to start

Schedule

8 hour shift with overtime hours available and limited on-call shifts on rotation

Work Location

Main office located in Marlborough, MA, with service coverage across the state of Massachusetts.
