Experienced Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

At Jackson Therapy Partners, we're seeking experienced recruiters with a proven background in healthcare staffing who can immediately leverage their recruiting expertise to connect travel therapy professionals with career opportunities nationwide.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and qualifying candidates through placement and ongoing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of travel therapy professionals using your existing recruiting expertise, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Develop trusted relationships with clinicians, serving as a career advisor throughout their travel healthcare journey.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate successful placements.
• Consistently meet or exceed recruiting and placement goals.
• Partner closely with credentialing, compliance, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional clinician experience.
• Foster long-term relationships that drive redeployment, retention, and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience within healthcare staffing.
• Experience recruiting travel healthcare professionals strongly preferred (therapy, nursing, allied health, or other healthcare staffing specialties).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting, placement, and production goals.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to build relationships and influence candidates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a high-performing remote team.
• Experience using ATS/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Remote Opportunity

This position is remote with some travel to our corporate HQ for training and quarterly meetings for experienced healthcare staffing recruiters.
