Pay & Benefits
- Commission-based pay on services (33% - 45%)
- Additional earnings include tips, retail commission program, and bonuses
- Luxury-level service pricing ($72 - $120+ for haircuts, $90-$131+ for base color services)
- Hourly rate of $18.50 for initial onboarding/training
- Hiring bonus program up to $2,500 for qualified full-time candidates
Qualifications
- Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license
- Expertise in hair services (2+ years of experience in a high-end environment)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Expertise in tailoring product recommendations to individual needs
- Assistance with salon operations when time allows
