Compensation Information

• Commission-based pay on services. Depending on experience level and audition results, our commission range is: 33% - 45%
• Additional earnings include tips, retail commission program, and bonuses
• Luxury-level service pricing. Our luxury brand experience offers higher pricing, which results in higher earnings for our team:
• Haircuts range in price from $50 - $120+
• Base Color services range from $80 - $131+

Qualifications

• Active Washington State cosmetology or hair design license
• 2+ years offering hair services in a high-end environment
• A steady clientele
• Excellent customer service
• The ability to work one weekend day
• A desire to learn and an overall growth mindset
• Expertise in tailoring product recommendations to individual needs
• Assistance with salon operations when time allows, to maintain the flow of the guest experience

Pay

• Paid hourly rate of $18.50 for any initial onboarding/training
• Hiring bonus program paying $1,000 - $4,000 for qualified full-time candidates
