Experienced Garage Door Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform service repairs and new installations
• Recommend products and services when appropriate (no high-pressure sales)
• Provide professional, friendly customer service focused on peace of mind
• Accurately document work performed and parts used using an iPad
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of garage door industry experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical experience a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Clean, professional appearance and comfort working directly with customers
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Fluent English speaker and writer
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with 5+ years clean driving record
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Pay

Pay: $25–$40/hr total compensation (base pay depends on experience + performance bonuses)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm (no late-night emergency shifts)
