Responsibilities

• Assist service department technicians with parts requests
• Assist retail customers with parts requests
• Assist wholesale customers with parts requests
• Assist dealership sales department with parts and accessory requests
• Help with shipping/receiving, warranty returns, and parts claim returns

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Ford parts experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Must be a team player
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• CDK computer system experience a plus
• Snap-on parts catalog experience a plus
