Responsibilities

• Present finance and protection products professionally and effectively
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process
• Work closely with sales management and lenders to secure approvals and finalize deals
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain accurate paperwork and meet funding deadlines
• Create a smooth and transparent customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of automotive finance experience required
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Professional appearance with a positive and confident attitude
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Understanding of compliance regulations and dealership processes
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
