Experienced Ford Automotive Service Advisor
Titus-Will Automotive Group is one of the largest, family-owned dealership groups in the South Sound, serving customers across Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland since 1938.
About the role
We are seeking experienced Service Advisors to join our high-volume Lakewood Ford service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated advisor looking for strong earning potential, a busy service drive, and long-term career growth within a stable, family-owned organization.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly communicate service recommendations
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
- Meet performance goals while delivering an excellent customer experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in a dealership or independent shop
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay
Pay Range: $75,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience, performance, and qualifications). Compensation structure includes base salary plus performance-based incentives.
