Experienced Flex Security Officer

About the Role

As a Flex Security Officer, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. You will preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• NV Driver’s License required.
• Personal vehicle required.
• Guard Card required.

$17.00 per hour.
