Experienced Flex Officer

Primary Location: Maryland Heights, MO

Pay

$30.90/HR

Schedule

• 24 Hours Per Week
• 1500 - 2300 or 2300 - 0700 shifts

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift
• Conduct tours of the property
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Above average computer/technology skills
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
• Great attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout shift
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
• Willingness to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
• Valid Driver’s License required
• 5+ years of advanced Security experience (Police Officer, Military Police, Homeland Police, Criminal Justice training, and/or Associate degree)
• Driving record must meet company and/or insurance standards
• Strong professional appearance
