Responsibilities

• Design automatic sprinkler systems using AutoCAD and AutoSprink.
• Conduct on-site field surveys and generate hydraulic calculations.
• Submit drawings to obtain required building permits.
• Perform 3D BIM coordination using NavisWorks.
• Prepare stock lists and ensure projects adhere to proposed timelines and budgets.
• Prepare project close-out, operation, and maintenance documents.
• Mentor less experienced designers (for candidates with more experience).

Requirements

• Degree in a design/drafting-related program or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; AutoSprink experience preferred.
• Strong mathematical and technical skills to learn industry-specific software and codes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
