Responsibilities
- Developing legal strategy and performing aligned legal services
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting initial pleadings, motions, pleadings, orders, judgments, and status updates
- Overseeing and analyzing discovery
- Representing clients in court for various types of hearings and trials
- Managing cases independently
- Supervising legal support staff
- Conducting consultations with prospective clients
Qualifications
You must have experience with Family Law Litigation and be admitted to the Texas State Bar.

Pay
Compensation is $85,000 - $100,000 yearly with benefits.
