About the Role

The Lash Lounge Coppell is seeking top-tier lash stylists who are confident in their craft, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to maximize their income and career growth in a high-performing, luxury salon.

Who We're Looking For

• 1+ year of professional lash experience (extensions, fills, lifts, and tints)
• Passionate about delivering a luxury guest experience
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Growth-minded with a desire to continuously improve your craft
• Available for peak demand shifts (evenings + weekends)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lash and brow services (extensions, lifts, tints, refills)
• Create a personalized, relaxing experience for every guest
• Educate guests on aftercare and retail products
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through rebooking
• Promote memberships and retail to maximize results and income
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques

Requirements

• Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetician License
• Proven experience with eyelash extensions
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong artistic eye
• Consistent attendance and professionalism

Pay

$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
