Experienced Electrician - Residential Electrical Service Tech
CMC Electric, LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated residential electrical service technician to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
About the role
This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. You’ll be dispatched directly from home each morning to perform residential service calls throughout the Raleigh-Durham area. You’ll meet with homeowners, assess their electrical needs, provide clear options, and complete diagnostics and repairs in compliance with code. You’ll typically handle 3–4 service calls per day, supported by a responsive dispatch team and equipped with the tools and technology to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential service calls, including diagnostics and repairs
- Assess homeowner electrical needs and provide clear options
- Ensure all work complies with residential electrical code
Requirements
- Current driver’s license
- Thorough knowledge of residential electrical code
- Minimum of four years of experience in residential electrical services (preferred)
