About the role
The Big Task is to perform duct cleaning and duct sealing to ensure maximum air quality in the residence. Key Sub Tasks include:
- Cleaning of duct work using vacuum and brushes.
- Proper maintenance and care of duct cleaning equipment.
- Some understanding of duct repair.
- Proficiency with hand tools involved, including snips, pliers and drills.
- Maintain a clean organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Know how to establish customer rapport through the entire process.
Responsibilities

- A basic understanding of how an AC system operates.
- A hardworking and mechanically inclined individual.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Pay
The expected base salary range for this position is $40,000–$60,000 based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position.
