Experienced Dishwasher - We Do Days! No Nights!

About the role

This is an opening for Friday/Saturday/Sunday only at Ruby Slipper & Ruby Sunshine, an all-day brunch concept. We are looking for someone who believes that butter and bacon make everything better!

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
• Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized
• Load, run, and unload dish machine
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
• Maintain all safety standards
• Be able to work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time
• Be physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50lbs frequently

• No restaurant experience needed
• Be able to work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time
• Be physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50lbs frequently
