Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and detailed PM services and inspections.
- Be able to perform troubleshooting and diagnostics including the ability and experience using multiple diagnostics software platforms – this includes check engine lights, abs lights.
- Familiarity and experience with bumper-to-bumper repairs including HVAC; brake foundation including ABS; drivetrain including driveshafts and rear ends; electrical repair; lighting repairs.
- Be detail oriented with repair narrative and paperwork completion.
- Work independently; possess strong leadership skills; and excellent customer service and communication skills.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Valid driver’s license with good record
- CDL a plus
- ASE certification a plus
- OE training/certifications a plus
- Industry experience of 3 years or more preferred
PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- Movement: Frequently, stand, walk, and sit.
- Manual Dexterity: Use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Lifting and Carrying: Regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance.
- Reading and Writing: Read and write reports.
- Health and Safety: Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
- No Drug or Alcohol-Related Conviction: No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
