Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, efficient service to customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy duty trucks and trailers.
- Ensure customers are returned to the road better than they came.
- Diagnose wear conditions and make recommendations to customers.
- Complete repairs within their capabilities and as written.
- Understand and follow Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
- Follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations.
Requirements
- A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of the team.
- ASE Certified (preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, some holidays in interior and exterior conditions.
- A valid driver's license.
