Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, efficient service to customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy duty trucks and trailers.
  • Ensure customers are returned to the road better than they came.
  • Diagnose wear conditions and make recommendations to customers.
  • Complete repairs within their capabilities and as written.
  • Understand and follow Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations.

Requirements

  • A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of the team.
  • ASE Certified (preferred).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, some holidays in interior and exterior conditions.
  • A valid driver's license.
