Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related systems
- Perform routine maintenance and advanced repairs efficiently and accurately
- Use diagnostic tools and service information to troubleshoot issues
- Document repairs and service work clearly and accurately
- Work closely with service advisors and parts staff to ensure timely repairs
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Diesel Technician (Ford experience a plus)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must have own tools
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- ASE and/or Ford certifications are a plus
