Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Take advantage of company and manufacturer-sponsored training to adapt to changes in technology and learn new skills
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment

Requirements

• Experience in diesel mechanics preferred: Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics
• Effective communication abilities: Clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Keen attention to detail
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
