Integrated Dermatology of Fairfax is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with dermatology experience to join our established and patient-focused team in Fairfax, Virginia. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced dermatology APP who wants to work alongside a highly respected group of dermatologists, practice in a collaborative environment, and have the support of one of the nation's largest independent dermatology organizations.
About the Role
As an experienced dermatology APP, you will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a diverse medical dermatology patient population while collaborating closely with dermatologists and the clinical team. This role is ideal for a provider who is confident practicing independently within their scope, enjoys building lasting patient relationships, and values having experienced dermatologists available for collaboration and support.
You will practice in a comprehensive dermatology environment encompassing:
- Medical dermatology
- Surgical dermatology
- Skin cancer evaluation and treatment
- Mohs surgery
- Pediatric dermatology
- Phototherapy
- Cosmetic dermatology (Botox, fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser-based treatments)

Requirements
- Current Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification.
- Active or eligible Virginia licensure.
- Prior dermatology experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with common dermatologic conditions and procedures.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Comfortable working independently while embracing a collaborative team environment.
