Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or NP) - Dermatology

Description Join Our Sandstone and Osceola Clinics Tareen Dermatology is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to support our clinics in Sandstone, Minnesota, and Osceola, Wisconsin. The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver comprehensive medical dermatology care, including skin cancer screenings, diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions, biopsies, procedures, patient education, and ongoing management of dermatologic diseases. This is an exciting opportunity to serve patients across two communities while working alongside an experienced team dedicated to exceptional patient care. Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner programCurrent professional licensure required to practice as a PA or NP in both Minnesota and Wisconsin (or ability to obtain prior to start)DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Preferred Dermatology experiencePrevious experience in medical, surgical, or cosmetic dermatologyExperience performing biopsies and dermatologic proceduresExperience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Essential Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, medical histories, and dermatologic examinationsDiagnose and treat a variety of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and other dermatologic concernsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansPerform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, lesion removals, and other office-based treatmentsAssist with surgical and Mohs procedures as neededEducate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, skincare, and preventive measuresReview and communicate pathology results with patientsManage patient messages and follow-up care through the EMREvaluate surgical sites and perform wound checks as neededCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient careMaintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and clinic policiesParticipate in training and mentorship of clinical staffParticipate in the after-hours on-call rotationPerform other duties as assigned Requirements Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, compassionate, and patient-centered bedside mannerStrong clinical judgment and decision-making abilitiesProficiency with EMR systems and technologyAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to travel between the Sandstone and Osceola clinics as scheduled Benefits Competitive CompensationProductivity Incentive OpportunitiesPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceDisability InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)401(k) with Company MatchCME AllowanceCME Time OffProfessional License Reimbursement About Tareen Dermatology Tareen Dermatology is a physician-owned practice specializing in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
