Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) with dermatology experience to join a well-established, physician-owned private dermatology practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care while providing providers with autonomy and strong clinical support.

Practice Highlights

  • Dedicated Medical Assistant support during onboarding, with 1-2 MAs based on patient volume.
  • Efficient clinic workflow with 2-3 exam rooms assigned per provider.
  • Additional support from referral coordinators, surgery schedulers, medication triage, and administrative staff.
  • Collaborative physician oversight with clearly defined scope of practice.
  • Opportunity to mentor and develop dedicated support staff.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of dermatology experience working under a board-certified dermatologist.
  • Medical dermatology experience preferred.
  • Candidates with aesthetics experience are welcome if trained under a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
  • Seeking providers interested in building a long-term career within the community.
  • Passion for providing exceptional patient care and serving diverse patient populations.

Schedule

  • Full-time schedule consisting of 34-38 clinic hours per week.
  • Flexible 4 or 5-day workweek based on provider preference.
  • Providers typically practice across two clinic locations, including one community-based office.
  • Reduced clinic hours may be available.
