Experienced Advanced Practice Provider - Dermatology

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, evaluate, and treat a wide range of medical dermatologic conditions.
  • Perform comprehensive skin examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality patient education and preventive skin care counseling.
  • Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
  • Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently using the EMR.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers.
  • Participate in provider meetings, Grand Rounds, and staff development initiatives.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and oversee dedicated Medical Assistants.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience working under a board-certified dermatologist.
  • Strong background in medical dermatology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Experience in aesthetic dermatology if trained under a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
