Responsibilities
- Diagnose, evaluate, and treat a wide range of medical dermatologic conditions.
- Perform comprehensive skin examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality patient education and preventive skin care counseling.
- Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently using the EMR.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers.
- Participate in provider meetings, Grand Rounds, and staff development initiatives.
- Hire, train, mentor, and oversee dedicated Medical Assistants.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience working under a board-certified dermatologist.
- Strong background in medical dermatology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Experience in aesthetic dermatology if trained under a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
