Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong background in dermatology to join a growing outpatient practice. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions.
- Perform comprehensive medical dermatology evaluations and treatments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients.
- Work collaboratively with supervising physicians and the clinical care team.
- Mentor and support dedicated medical assistants and clinical staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, provider meetings, and continuing education.
- Build strong relationships with patients and referring providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license (or eligibility for Colorado licensure).
- Minimum 2 years of dermatology experience working under a board-certified dermatologist.
- Candidates with aesthetics experience are welcome if trained under a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
- Strong communication, leadership, and patient care skills.
- Commitment to long-term community engagement and high-quality patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $140,000-$170,000
- Average total annual compensation: $225,000-$250,000
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- Five weeks of paid time off (PTO and holidays), increasing with tenure
