What You'll Be Doing
- Chairside & Clinical
- Partner with our doctors during restorative and preventive procedures, including crown and bridge and implant cases
- Set up operatories for pediatric and sedation appointments
- Capture high-quality digital X-rays (bitewings, PAs, occlusals, panoramic)
- Prepare materials: impressions, cements, composites, sealants
- Monitor nitrous oxide/sedation and support emergency and urgent care visits
- Build genuine, trust-based relationships with patients and their families
- Deliver clear, confident post-op guidance to parents
- Keep sterilization and OSHA protocols locked in, every time
- Team Culture
- Keep instrument turnover moving in a fast-paced schedule

What You Bring
- 4+ years of dental assisting experience
- X-ray certification (VA)
- Solid knowledge of dental procedures, plus nitrous oxide and pre/post-op protocols
- A calm, positive touch for managing patient behavior
- CPR certification
- Sharp multitasking skills and clear communication
- Digital radiography/scanning experience (a plus)
- Reliability, punctuality, and true team spirit
