We are seeking a seasoned, senior-level Dental Assistant with 2+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced general dentistry environment. This role is ideal for an experienced Dental Assistant who is confident chairside, enjoys mentoring others, and wants long-term stability with growth potential across general and specialty dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Aid the General Dentist with a full scope of general dentistry procedures
• Serve as a senior-level clinical support and resource for the team
• Maintain efficient room turnover and clinical workflows
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Deliver exceptional patient care and education
• Coordinate seamlessly with the adjacent multi-specialty office when needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of dental assisting experience in general dentistry
• Lead-level or senior DA experience strongly preferred
• Confident, efficient chairside skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Team-oriented, reliable, and professional
• Experience with Open Dental, CBCT, and iTero preferred
• Comfortable working in a modern, technology-driven practice
