About the role

Do you have experience as a Debt Collector working in a fast-paced call center environment, assisting consumers through setting up a payment process? We are seeking applicants with debt collection experience to work in our Earth City office. Responsibilities

• Effectively and comfortably handle inbound and outbound calls to consumers regarding overdue accounts
• Utilize problem‑solving skills to find customer‑specific solutions in difficult situations
• Analyze consumer accounts and negotiate payment/settlement arrangements based on those analyses
• Ensure superior customer service through excellent verbal and written communication
• Notate and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information for consumer accounts

Requirements

• 5+ years of collections experience in a high‑volume contact center
• Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with consumers over the phone and take clear notes in our computer system

Pay

Pay starting at $20 per hour and up based on experience. The more experience you have, the more we are able to offer.

Schedule

Set Monday‑Friday schedule, no late nights and no weekend work. In addition to paid holidays, you will receive plenty of PTO.
