Experienced Custom Installer – Relocation Package to Beautiful South Carolina

About the role

HWC Custom Cabinetry designs, manufactures, and installs custom cabinetry. Our business continues to experience growth and we are recruiting Experienced, Lead Custom Cabinetry Installers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete customer satisfaction by installation of custom cabinetry to meet client requirements.
• Delivery.
• Installation productivity (efficiency).
• Quality costs.
• Safety and management.
• Maintain professional, cooperative relationships with all clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years proven leadership experience in cabinetry installation using a wide range of product types, sizes, and difficulties.
• Able to personally execute whole house installs with only plans and limited guidance, either alone or with a team.
• Lead a team of junior installers from project start to finish cohesively.
• Manage installations at single family homes and multiple building/multiple unit projects with limited direction.
• Proficient with leveraging various forms of technology to improve what you do (mobile devices & tablets utilizing project management software and Google products).
• Working knowledge and ability to read, understand, and follow detailed cabinetry plans.
• Complete high-quality, high-profile projects in the time allotted by anticipating and balancing workload based upon general guidelines established.

• Understand and conform to company policies and procedures.
• Use company time conscientiously, arriving for work on time.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Own hand tools (major tools provided).
• Valid driver’s license with own transportation and acceptable driving record.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be highly proficient in English (oral and written).

Pay

Starting pay depends on experience within the field.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday: overtime as needed.
