• Take ambiguous problems and develop them into compelling, well-executed outcomes
• Bring taste, point of view, and a questioning instinct to the work
• Explain thinking clearly, debate ideas, take feedback, and change course when a better idea emerges
• Own the unsexy parts: deadlines, scope, production, organization, and follow-through
