Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily operations
• Coaching, hiring, and inspiring your team
• Strengthening current client relationships and building new ones
• Implementing strategies to drive performance, revenue, and review

Requirements

• 5+ years of public accounting management experience
• Active CPA or EA Certification required
• Ability to be onsite leading the team to success
• Ability to network and build clientele
• Excellent leadership, client service, and communication skills
