Experienced Countertop Installer

About the role

Cutting Edge Countertops is seeking an experienced Countertop Installer to join our Perrysburg team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of countertop installation experience, including working with granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops.

Responsibilities

• Install countertops in customer homes or businesses
• Complete accurate field adjustments and problem-solve installation challenges
• Read measurements, drawings, and job specifications
• Use proper material handling techniques and follow jobsite safety guidelines
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, builders, and other customers

Requirements

• At least 3 years of countertop installation experience
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of an installation crew
• A valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy countertop materials with assistance and lifting equipment
• Pass required pre-employment screening, including a background check, DOT physical, and drug screening

Skills

• Proficiency with installation tools and equipment
• Understanding of proper material handling and jobsite safety
• Effective communication with customers

Pay

$24–$30/hour, depending on skills and experience

Schedule

Full-time, year-round work on Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Occasional Saturdays as needed. Overtime opportunities available.
