About the role
Join our team as a Countertop Fabricator/Installer and work with premium materials—granite, quartz, and solid surface—to transform kitchens and baths. This is a hands-on career where you can see the results of your hard work every day.
Responsibilities
- Assist in templating, cutting, fabricating, finishing, delivering, and installing custom countertops
- Ensure the customer has a great experience and their home looks flawless after installation
- Follow all safety protocols for operating shop equipment and handling large slabs/tops
Requirements

- Mechanical aptitude
- Physical stamina—ability to lift 100+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Reliability—show up on time every day
- Professionalism—clean appearance and respectful communication for working in high-end homes
- Valid driver’s license—required for traveling between the shop and job sites

Pay
Competitive starting pay at $17–20/hr, depending on experience.
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
