Experienced Construction Foreman

The core responsibilities will be ensuring daily activities are defined and orchestrated, expectations are aligned early, and leading by example for the junior and apprentice employees. This role sits at the intersection of client relations and project execution, requiring a strong understanding of both residential considerations such as ADA and on-the-ground realities.

Responsibilities

Build on Integrity. Build to Last. You’ll work closely with leadership and team members in the field, defining daily and weekly tasks, timelines, and priorities. Throughout delivery, you’ll remain engaged, helping resolve issues, maintain alignment, and ensure communication stays clear and consistent. You’ll collaborate with project managers, operations leadership, and site teams to ensure commitments made to clients are practical, achievable, and delivered as agreed.

You’re comfortable navigating complex problem-solving environments, managing expectations, and making informed decisions when conditions change. You bring a calm, cool-headed, structured approach to problem-solving and know how to balance relationships with accountability.
