Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician

About the role

Serving central Maine and surrounding areas, Superior Energy Solutions is expanding its commercial service division and is hiring an Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to support customers throughout the Augusta region. This position focuses on a mix of service, repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across commercial and light industrial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system diagnostics
• Service heating, cooling, ventilation, and control systems
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• Complete digital service reports and documentation
• Communicate clearly with customers on system performance and recommendations
• Cook up daily routes and service calls with dispatch
• Follow all safety standards and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC/R experience (5+ preferred)
• Strong skills in diagnostics, service, and repair
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and system inspections
• Comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and digital work orders
• ME or NH gas licensing is a plus
