Experienced Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor

About the role

Legacy Heating & Cooling is expanding its operations in the Inland Northwest, creating opportunities for experienced field leaders. We are seeking an Experienced Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor to lead installation teams, enhance field operations, and develop future HVAC professionals in Spokane, Hayden, and Sandpoint.

Responsibilities

• Support crews in the field, ensuring projects stay on schedule
• Develop technicians and prepare future foremen and field leaders
• Mentor and support commercial HVAC installation crews
• Lead and provide technical guidance on job sites
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and project schedules
• Monitor productivity, labor performance, and project budgets
• Resolve field issues before they impact project timelines
• Perform jobsite inspections and quality reviews
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Verify installations meet project specifications and customer expectations
• Maintain consistent workmanship across every project

Requirements

• Extensive experience in commercial HVAC installation
• Previous leadership experience as a Field Supervisor, Foreman, Superintendent, or similar role
• Proven ability to lead crews and drive project performance
• Experience managing schedules, labor, and commercial HVAC projects
• Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• 06A HVAC Electrical License (plus)
• Sheet metal fabrication experience (preferred)
• NATE Certification (plus)

$38-$48 per hour, depending on experience
