Experienced Commercial Construction Plumber

About the role

As a Construction Plumber, you will support field operations under the Plumbing Superintendent, ensuring projects are properly scheduled, efficiently coordinated, and completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on commercial and industrial plumbing work on large-scale projects.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating project activities to meet deadlines and budget goals.
• Train and supervise other team members as needed.
• Maintain exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and job site surroundings.
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding operations, policies, work rules, and scheduling changes.
• Travel 25% - 50% of the time, primarily within the Nashville area.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• 4+ years of hands-on commercial plumbing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25% - 50% of the time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong computer skills.
• OSHA 10 and 30 certifications.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon conditional offer.

Pay

$30 - $33 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.
