Experienced Coffee Field Service Technician

Responsibilities
- Travel the region to install, repair, and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment.
- Utilize a company issued iPad to track time and materials in the FieldAware app, our field service management software.
- Keep customers in the loop with timely updates on repair status and estimated timeframes.
- Maintain your company-provided service vehicle in a neat, organized, and well-stocked condition.
- Contribute to a tidy and efficient shop environment.
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours service.
- Assist other service technicians with installations and parts delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the coffee industry.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver's license with the ability to be insured.
- Proven customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of multimeter use.
- A Vo-Tech school degree; or one to two years related experience with electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Chat, Drive, Calendar).
