Experienced CNC Machinist

KRI is looking for a reliable, experienced CNC machinist to run low-volume production parts at our safe, clean shop in north Fort Collins (relocating to Wellington in 2027).

Schedule

Five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with start times as early as 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM. No nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up, program, and operate production runs of parts on CNC machines.
• Use shop math, including speeds and feeds and geometry.
• Run small batches per part and produce a variety of parts on any given day or week.
• Complete and record parts inspections to maintain quality production.
• Work with and on Fadal and Mori-Seiki machines.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• GD&T knowledge.
• Reliable and capable with a strong work ethic.
• Understanding of G & M codes.
• Passionate about and experienced with machine setups.
• Experience with program editing.
• Knowledge of programming fundamentals.
• Innately curious about machining and craftsmanship.

Pay

$26–35/hour, depending on experience.
