Experienced Caregivers (Weekly PAY & Beneifts) $20 - $23/Hr

TheKey is the largest provider of private pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America, offering top pay rates of $23.00 per hour. Currently hiring for all shifts with full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles, or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• HCA Registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire) including meeting state background requirements
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray

Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements and must be eligible to work in the US. Additional eligibility requirements, compensation, benefits, and bonuses may vary by state and location.
