Experienced Caregivers ($19.00 - $22.00) Weekly PAY + Benefits

TheKey is the largest provider of private pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America, offering top pay rates of $19.00–$22.00 per hour in San Diego, CA and surrounding areas. Full-time and part-time positions are available across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal assistance
• Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Provide transportation: drive clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shopping
• Offer companionship through games, puzzles, or other social and emotional support activities

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• HCA Registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
• Compliance with state background screening requirements and eligibility to work in the U.S.
