Responsibilities

• Support our residents with daily activities in our Footsteps Memory Care Program.
• Helping residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Aiding residents with eating and drinking.
• Aiding with light housekeeping tasks, ensuring residents’ living spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Bring warmth, companionship, and patience to brighten their day and support their well-being.
• Create a caring, uplifting environment where seniors feel valued and loved

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• A genuine love and respect for seniors, with a willingness to learn and grow
• Experience caring for seniors is a plus but not required
