About the role

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Tysons, Falls Church, and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation. The position offers top pay rates of $17‑21 per hour with flexible shift availability (days, evenings, weekends, overnights) and schedule options (full‑time and part‑time).

Pay

Starting pay is $17 per hour, with top rates up to $21 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are available days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Both full‑time and part‑time schedules are offered.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Active CNA, HHA, PCA, or NA certification
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
