Experienced Northern VA Caregiver

Overview

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Lansdowne, Leesburg, and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation while building meaningful relationships with aging adults.

Pay

Top pay rates range from $17 to $21 per hour.

Schedule

Shift availability includes days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Both full‑time and part‑time schedules are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands
• Perform light housekeeping such as basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Active CNA, HHA, PCA, or NA certification
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• Compliance with state background screening requirements and eligibility to work in the US
