Experienced Caregiver (Weekly PAY + Benefits)

Pay

$20–$23 per hour (top rate: $23.00 per hour).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions available for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
• Offer companionship: engage in games, puzzles, or other activities for social and emotional support.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience (family experience also considered).
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the U.S.

In accordance with California state law, applicants must pass a fingerprint-based background check; conditional offers will be rescinded for convictions of non-exemptible crimes.
